The M/Y Fifth Avenue was built and launched by Sanlorenzo Spa in 2008. The yacht is privately owned and presents very well. She is the four cabins version with huge saloon, a master cabin on the main deck with the skyview fully customised by the current owners, a VIP cabin on the lower deck with a lot of storage space, large wardrobe and head with a bath. The other cabins are very comfortable as well with TV LCD, Bose Hi-fi and ensuite. The Hard Top was installed new in 2015 when all the teak on the fly and other parts was replaced. The space on the fly is fantastic for family and friends, there are sunbed cushions and the preparation for a Jacuzzi is in place, it could be easily installed.
